Belle Dempsey
Hi, I’m Belle! I’m a student therapist currently working towards registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I believe therapy works best when people feel comfortable and safe enough to show up exactly as they are, so I aim to create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, genuine, and free of judgement.
I work from an eclectic and trauma-informed approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, narrative therapy and attachment-based work, depending on each client’s unique needs and goals. I’m especially passionate about supporting clients with anxiety, emotional regulation, identity exploration, relationship patterns and navigating the general stressors that come with being human.
My background includes working in schools as an Educational Assistant and in group home settings, where I gained experience supporting individuals with varied emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs. I also bring lived experience as a sober person, which has deeply shaped the way I view healing, self-compassion, and personal growth.
Outside of work, I’m a new mom who loves golfing, reading, and anything related to visual arts and creativity. I look forward to and would be honoured to walk with you on your journey to growth and healing!

My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and strengths-based. Through creativity, play-based interventions, and genuine connection, I work to make each session engaging and supportive.
I have a particular interest in helping children and youth develop emotional regulation, self-esteem, coping skills, and healthy communication strategies. I value meeting clients where they are and tailoring my approach to their unique needs, strengths, and experiences.

Julie Aube
After more than 20 years in healthcare leadership, I’m now expanding my career into one-on-one counselling. My experience in congregate living and hospice care has given me a deep appreciation for the realities of grief, loss, and trauma - my understanding of which I bring into my work with clients.
As a mother of two teenagers, and through my own journey as a breast cancer survivor, I value the importance of connection, resilience, and compassionate support. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can feel heard and understood.
I am particularly interested in integrating holistic approaches into my practice, including physical movement, yoga, and mindfulness, where these align with clients’ preferences and goals.
I look forward to connecting with you!

Michelle Berthiaume
Hi! I am Michelle, a registered social worker practicing in the City of Greater Sudbury and anywhere around in Ontario virtually.
I have been practicing as a social worker for over 14 years and have worked in many settings such as child protection, women’s advocacy, shelter environments, school based programs, as well as clinical counselling specifically in mental health.
During my years of practice, I have found my passion in trauma care and have found an immense satisfaction guiding individuals towards healing from acute and historical trauma.
I enjoy connecting with people and supporting their individual needs with anything mental health related, parenting support and trauma informed attachment rebuilding.
I would be honoured to connect with you and support you on your path to healing and/or growth.
A little more personally, I am a wife, a mom of two and enjoy being by the water! I love all animals, however I am in love with all cats!

Pascal Cyr
Hi, I’m Pascal, a Social Worker and therapist passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe to show up as themselves without judgment.
As a father of two, I understand firsthand how complex life can feel at times; balancing responsibilities, relationships, parenting, stress, work, and personal wellbeing. That perspective shapes the way I connect with clients: with empathy, honesty, patience, and a focus on creating meaningful, real-world change rather than just talking about problems.
My professional background includes work in child and youth mental health, residential treatment, crisis support, family services, and clinical supervision. Over the years, I’ve supported children, teens, adults, and caregivers navigating anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, self-esteem difficulties, behavioural concerns, parenting struggles, life transitions, and emotional regulation difficulties. I have a strong interest in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and holistic based approaches, and practical skill-building strategies that help clients better understand themselves, manage emotions effectively, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, down-to-earth, and strengths-based. I aim to create a comfortable and supportive environment where clients can be themselves, explore challenges openly, and work toward goals that feel meaningful to them. Whether someone is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply looking for personal growth and support, my goal is to help clients feel more confident, capable, and understood throughout the process.
Tera Martin
Hi, I’m Tera.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
I take a person-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to therapy. I recognize that every individual’s experiences are unique, and I work collaboratively with clients to build on existing strengths, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change. My practice draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches and is tailored to each client’s needs and goals. I also enjoy incorporating creative, experiential, and nature-based elements when they align with a client’s interests and therapeutic goals.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I look forward to walking alongside you as you work toward growth, healing, and well-being.
